NO.1: Are you a manufacturer ?
Yes , we have one factory more than 8000 sqm. More than 15 years of exporting shoes to foreign market .
 
No.2: Can you make custom sample? What is your MOQ ?
Yes, we can. Normally , Our MOQ is 300 pairs each style.
 
No.3: Delivery time ?
For samples , we shall finish it within 2 weeks . For mass production , our delivery time is 35-55 days, depends on the quantity and season.
 
No.4: What is your Payment terms ?

We accept western union , T/T, L/C, etc. And 30% deposit 70% pay before shipment. 
 
No.5: How to keep the quality ?

1>    We have QC team , two parts , one is in the factory to control producing , another will control the quality and inspect the goods for our customers . Once everything is workable , our documents department shall book the vessel , then ship it .
2>    We have all detailed records for nonconformity products , then we will make summary according to these records , avoid it happen again .
3>    We do observe the relevant codes of conduct & laws from government in environment human rights and other aspects like no children labor , no prisoners labor and so on .

 

No.6:How can I track my package?

Most of our products are sent via a tracked service.  You should receive your tracking number on your confirmation email. 
If you can't locate your tracking number, please get in touch via  email and we'll be happy to help you.

 

No.7:Why was my order cancelled?

It's very unlikely that we cancelled your order, however sometimes it's because we haven't heard back from you regarding an issue with your order.
We don't like to hold onto your order for too long before sending it, so we'd rather cancel and refund your order so you're not left out of pocket.
If you did receive a cancellation email or refund when you didn't expect it, please get in touch so we can help you further.


 

No.8:There's something missing from my order?

If you ordered more than one product, it’s very likely that they will arrive separately as our products are made in different places.
You should receive tracking for each parcel as they are despatched, so please check the tracking on your missing item.
